A quest for AMAZING Seafood led founder Stephen Pardo to Open the Quarter View in Metairie, La. Tired of the same old options in NOLA, and after being disappointed with other so called "Cajun Restaurants', Stephen decided to make his own style of Cajun Food, and make it truly Gourmet!
After experimenting with a blend of different seafood & beef recipes, Stephen was finally satisfied with his unique blend of Filet Mignon, Ribeye, and Prime Rib to make the best menu ever. But, not to leave out his vegetarian friends, Stephen was sure to include plenty of vegetarian options on his menu too.
After teaming up with several Great Local Chefs, He perfected his menu and experienced great success with the Quarterview Restaurant. Stephen also grew the business into a true family affair with his sons and wife Lena helping to make sure that the Quarterview quality is in everything they do. Now, a staple in the New Orleans area restaurant scene, they have expanded the size of the dining room, added a huge private dining area and beautiful bar, and continue to make sure customers always leave happy and FULL!
